Vita Soup

Six years ago I had an abundant crop of tomatoes and wanted to make Tomato Basil Soup. I tried the conventional way, but that was so much work. When I saw this blender being demonstrated at Costco, I was sold! Just throw everything in and flip the switch. In five minutes you have hot soup. Cool, then freeze. Perfect for a chilly, Fall night.
