Couldn't resist

You remember my favourite vegan restaurant in Warsaw, Lokal Vegan Bistro? They had those delicious vegan ribs last year, and they came back this fall - so I had to stop there on my way to Białystok, just for a dinner. Travelling from Cracow to Warsaw is pointless, I had to do it again just to remind myself - and driving around Warsaw on Friday evening wasn't as painful, as trying to get out of Cracow on Friday afternoon. It's vegan rice lasagne with tofu, cashews, pineapple and everything else You can see. Couldn't eat more than a half of it - but it was incredibly delicious, spicy, tasty, yum! I'm even thinking about jumping by Lokal on my way back to Cracow... ;) Greetings from Białystok, by the way! We see each other in 15 hours!
