Kevin Drum It's dramatic, and the colors are gorgeous. If anything, I wish I could see a little more of the ocean and colorful sky on the left, but probably nothing you could do about that.

Aaron Thanks for the kind words! I tried lots of different framing, but I also had to get lucky on how the waves hit the seawall. I think part of the reason I liked this, after the wave shape, was how the roofs and seawall *almost* hit the same perspective line. I agree though, I wish there was a little more of both to the left!

Phil Lamb I love the colors and the contrast between the ocean and the very angular buildings.

It looks like this is the same spot as yesterday's picture, I think this one's a much more interesting shot because you capture the meeting point of nature and man-made.

Aaron Thank you! I like the same things. :)

It's only about 15 paces away from being the exact same spot, yep. Last night's was hard, as the sun was already set and the winds were surprisingly stronger despite the waves being smaller - the combination of wind and darkness was not good! Lots of blurry photos, was gutted.

Margie One of my favorites today! Full of action. I particularly like where the ramp is coming down to the sea.
