follow the tiles upstream

I wound up wandering the Fruitvale neighborhood in the evening by myself since I left my car and house keys at the office. I was biding my time while I could reach someone who could get me home and help me pick up my car at the train station. The evening turned out well though: I came upon a lovely plaza with a mosaic stream, and then I went and treated myself to a delicious chicken mole at my favorite Mexican restaurant.
