Of course! A very simple and fast way.
1. I used the iMovie movie editing program. Everyone else will be ok
2. I downloaded from Youtube bokeh as a green screen. (youtube.com/watch?v=Be9pgryFTi...)
3. I added the bokeh effect as a layer (green or blue screen) in the editing program.
4. You can also add music as a background for a better effect :).
