advices please?

Can someone tell me how to take a picture of a hamster that runs at the speed of light? I tried a lot of things and now i dont even know what I did with my camera.

Aaron As high an ISO as your camera can do without being covered in noise, wide open aperture, fastest exposure you can get away with that doesn't make it too dark. Good luck.
