Light side of the dark

After I cut down sweets again tookapic.com/photos/660485 it's good idea to eat more fruits. Btw it was good day at work actually, I mean productive. Maybe it'll bring some good effects.

Apparently every dark part has some light side (yep, like you see above). More difficult is how to find this light.

I hope tomorrow's day at work will be look similar. One swallow doesn't make a spring. But why not actually.
