Several days ago, I wrote about having received an e-mail from a woman who informed me that her mother, a woman I had photographed while on the way to the post office several years ago, had died. She also requested a couple more prints of the photo, and today I met with her at a café not far from here, and delivered the prints. I also asked, as a matter of completing the circle, to take a photograph of her on film.

I shot this just outside the café where we met.
