States Week - Day 3 - Hamlet

In today's city wanderings I came across a set of Shakespearian statues outside the State Library. My Shakespeare character knowledge isn't up to scratch so it took me a few minutes to identify this as Hamlet. Maybe this is why the statue looks a bit disappointed as he considers how to best chastise me. Other statues in the group include Romeo&Juliet in a loving embrace, Portia reading what I consider to be her fathers Will, Falstaff looking like he knows everything you don't (and probably does), with Shakespeare himself standing tall quill in hand as he is struck by another witty line to write.
