Marta Beautiful!😊 And good luck with your new studies, it'll be a very interesting mixture, especially with Chinese😊

eventide Thank you! I'll try to do that studies because knowledge of Russian and Chinese may be really useful in the future ;) There are other possibilities to choose as "foreign language" - Norwegian, English, German and Czech. Norwegian could to not so bad also, but I'm not interested at all about others ;)

Marta Good choice for the future. I'd probably pick Norwegian, Russian is my primary school souvenir😉 I didn't really like it, because I preferred English, but it's nice to be able to read in Russian (not understanding too much, though).

eventide I guess that if I was learning Russian in primary school, I wouldn't even think about continuing learning it in the university. But it's my conscious choice and now there's quite big part of students interested in knowledge of this language, as it creates a big opportunities to work abroad.

Jan Buchta Great photo! Congrats and good luck with Chinese. It sounds really interesting 👍

eventide Thank you! Today I bought a coursebook of Chinese, we shall see if I'll be able to understand an alphabet :P

Jan Buchta You can make it 💪 I heard that the hardest thing is learn speaking because hmm.... wymawiając na różne sposoby tę samą sylabę, może ona mieć różne znaczenie, ale po się uczymy by pokonać trudności ;)

Bruce Ni Hao! :-) Might as well get started already :-). Congrats on the new studies, and a star for today's photo, which is one of the best butterfly shots I've seen :-).

eventide Until reading your comment I knew only one wording in Chinese and it was "Ni hao ma?" (I know it isn't writed as it should be even...). Thank you for your nice words about butterfly, I wasn't aware that it may be as good as you say 😊

Bruce ‘Ni Hao’ means ‘Hello’ or ‘Hi’ while “Ni hao ma?” means “How are you?” 😀😀

eventide Exactly :D
