I had a trouble with a sleep since few months. It started in May. In July I almost beat them and everything was on right way again but these troubles came back. I knew reasons - next shit things which happened in life... I also knew how to fix the sleep (theoretically) but it needed some time. I was practicing some habits in September and I got effects a couple of days ago. At the same time I started to use the app to sleep monitoring (as a curiousity but it works pretty good). On this picture you see what it showed some time ago. Too many breaks (in yellow), too less deep sleep.
From a few days I sleep finally better, without many breaks. September practices brings results (for example, go to sleep and waking up at the same time, not using screens before sleep, workouts etc.). I'm really glad of it.
There is some other one ingredient which makes me feel better. It doesn't depend on me only. Let say it's when the time goes slowly... and it was another slow Sunday.
