Babushka

As an adult I'm still fascinated by babushka dolls (also referred to as matryoshka dolls). I would like to say it's the artistic quality of each lovely lady, but truthfully it's the curiosity of what is nestled inside! For those of you unfamiliar, each doll is a set of typically seven wooden dolls of decreasing sizes that all fit inside of each other, one by one. Each stacking doll splits in half at the mid section and opens to reveal another smaller doll nested within!
