I eventually found my way to a language exchange event in the city today! I originally had the wrong address, but managed to find it anyway. It is usually a bar, so when their official opening time rolled around, the turned off the fluorescent lights and turned on the strobe and neon lights. It made for an interesting atmosphere. ^.^
