Today was our Working On Ice training. In short, it's a day long workshop on all things ice; how ice is formed, how ice behaves, and (most importantly) how to survive falling in.
Normally the day ends with an option in-water experience.
Today wasn't normal. Turns out we have more than twenty inches of frozen goodness. We know this because our chainsaw only had a twenty inch bar on it.
