Mid-Moring Coffee and Phone Calls

Trying to get a family doctor. Found one that'll take me on as a patient. Seems like a good guy (very relaxed, not angry). The problem is I need to go through The System to get in. About a dozen or so calls later, I find out that I already have a doctor.

So, another half-dozen or so calls later I'm getting off the old roaster and onto the new one.
