It says ’Let's hand down good manners to next generations’. The police set up it. It is intended to be seen by drivers waiting for signals, but they will not pay attention to it 😪. I think it is not useful for traffic safety at all. It stands out, but it makes no sense! It simply seems like the city is messed with characters!☹️ For this reason, I dislike Japanese way of posting this kind of #slogans. ☹️
