Trail Lunch a Damp Cold Day

Staff Training Day 2.

Spent all afternoon outside. It was wet, cold (averaged around 2 degrees... thank god now snow), and oh so tiring. But oh-oh so rewardings.

Team's coming to together, slowly, but surely. I should probably go to bed (it's almost 9pm... I feel like an old man), but the kids have invited me to watch some TV with 'em. More bonding I guess.
