Le Pont Napoléon

I would like to say that I love this weekly theme! I find that visiting our history across the present is so interesting! And also it's an occasion to discover and open our eyes around us. Here is our little bridge Napoléon built in 1725, under the reign of King Louis XV of France, straddling the Grande-Eau River. It seems that Napoleon and his army stopped at Aigle around 1800.
