Jetty with a view

Took a chance with the clouds and caught the bus over to Woody Point for sunset. As we got closer and sunset got nearer, the lovely cirrus clouds started to head east, leaving a clear sky in the west.

Just at the right moment though, the clouds started to build a bit, and the really high clouds that were all but invisible with the sun above the horizon started showing pink. All of a sudden the sky was filled with colour..... gone about 2 minutes later.

This was about all I got photo wise, as a woman came over and started talking to me, which was enough of a distraction that I missed most of it. :( Would have liked to be more in line height wise with the jetty.
