Seafire #1

Day 1 of the International Fireworks competition held in Surfers Paradise - I went last year but it was only 1 night last year! "Seafire"

So this year was between New Zealand, South Korea, and the USA.

There seemed to be an issue with the barge on the left throughout the South Korea and USA displays as it seemed to rarely send up any fireworks, even in this shot you can see that the left and right aren't symmetrical.

In the end, the USA took the trophy, although to be honest I thought NZ was that little bit better.

Who will win between the USA and last year's champions, the Philippines? We find out in tomorrow's exciting conclusion!
