Balconies #3

My attempt to the #theme-negative-space. I hoped that maybe, at the top balcony, someone would go out for a smoke or something - it might introduce some action to the frame. But well, couldn't wait any longer.

Lots of things are happening recently, but this day is special, due to my brother's achievement - new MSc in the family!
