Had a wonderful time surrounded by kangaroos. It looked like almost all the females had joeys - very very cute. Enough time elapsed to go through all the images and nature journaling I did while away. Did a lot of photography. Kangaroos with their joeys are surprisingly difficult to photograph - they keep moving and are so skittish. But I finally got a Joey who was curious and didn’t hop away. Loved seeing all the different body parts sticking out of the pouch - hairless tail, one leg, and only sometimes, a head. Often head sticking out of the pouch nibbling the grass as mama feeds.
