DAY 69: Mutton To See Here

A few years ago while living in Hawaii, I started a small photo project. The idea is to visit highly photographed objects around the world and photograph them. Certainly this doesn't sound like a very inspirational or new idea; however, instead of photographing these objects directly, I like to look for the other details nearby that are so often lost in the very large shadow cast by these prolific monuments. I've found it captivating putting these wondrous creations in the blurred out background of another subject. I like to think I'm getting a one of a kind photo of something that has been photographed millions of times.
