'excursion'

Today I needed to go to Bern for the first time since more than 6 weeks. It felt like going on an excursion and before returning home I drove around with my bike to see if everything was still in it's place. The Münster and the Münsterplattform was, as well as the River Aare and the Matte area. There were not many people and all of them were keeping their distance, but the city was not as empty as I feared it would be. But still all restaurants and small shops are closed, therefor people were sitting outdoors on benches, stairs or edges of the sidewalks to enjoy their lunch they got from the take-aways (which is allowed).
