Alek Jedliński Why? Autofocus isn't all that necessary in macro, but the electronic connection is useful for electronic lenses and for EXIF.

sorry Alek I wrote that the confusing.
as I wrote at "Project "Nikanon" #1" , If I cut electronic connection, Canon lens can't use Aperture AT ALL. but on DIY belows, it's too difficult for me to put electronic connector accurate position.
After so many fail, I resigned Canon Lens with electronic connection and switch to think using manual lens .
it is reason of I bothering...
Alek Jedliński Ah, I see. That's too bad. I am using a pretty cheap (plastic) set of extension tubes with electronic connectors for Sony E-mount. Otherwise I could not use my best lenses, as they have no manual aperture control. I have to say, this system works out pretty ok.
