Not a very comfortable bed

Something I've noticed with the fox pups; they like to sleep on the gravel come late evening. The couple-a-few nights I've caught them either playing in the back or napping. Today I caught this little one on the main driveway into camp.

Last year, I was getting more shots early in the day; they had denned up right out my back door. I'm guessing they've got a spot near by, but more in the woods. Maybe they are snoozing in the open to avoid the bugs?
