The People's Court

I have a guilty pleasure. I enjoy watching day time "legal shows", like the People's Court. It's mindless, it's simple, and I get to yell at the TV when I don't agree with the decision.

Anyhow, one of the recurring themes is the Returning of the Security Deposit case. In a nutshell, did the tenet return the rented apartment/room/whatever in good conditions. The suggestion is always "Take a picture".

I'm moving accommodations at work so, I took a picture.

This is not a space I ever used beyond storage. I'm not worried by the "landlord" withholding anything. I'm not worried about a cleaning surcharge. It was simply an opportunity to take a picture.
