Xmas and Chanukkah are over, but the Japanese community in town are all lined up at the few Japanese grocers to stock up on traditional o-sechi dishes and new year's goodies. After seeing how long the lines were stretching at the stores yesterday, I wisened up and today, I waited in line only 45 minutes to pick up my reserved o-sechi box set. Am I a bad person for feeling so much better seeing how many people were lined up behind me?😅
