peeling paint

I stopped to photograph a little one room schoolhouse, which is an historical landmark in the area. It's a nice little building, but I only like this close up of the peeling paint. I find it interesting that this building, which has been white for as long as I can remember, was once the classic red schoolhouse of long ago. This is all about the color and patterns, but maybe when I have time I'll go back for some better pictures.
