JudithO I like all the detail of the moon in your picture, think my zoom is not good enough for stuff like that.
Flo It might actually be! My moon picture was taken at 200 mm *1.6 because it's a crop sensor camera, so at 320 mm. The rest was done by cropping in iPhoto.

Flo You took a picture of both of them! Wonderful. I tried too, but they were so far apart that I couldn't find anything as nice as your tree to fill the rest of the frame, so I just went with the moon (which obviously also went fine, tookapic.com/flo/8657).
