... this is how we call our couple of pigeons. Well, we think it's a couple since we read that this kind of pigeons is breeding together as a couple.

Today we installed a webcam using an old mobile phone and built a new landing plank for them - after all we don't want they and their babies to shit all over the facade of our building. One of them returned about half an hour after we lifted the nest up, put the plank and placed the nest back in its place. He or she first renovated the nest and is since then calmly sitting in the nest. It seemed not even to feel disturbed when I came close with the camera.
