Bruce Fremont is a very quirky artsy neighborhood that includes the Fremont Troll, Lenin, the Fremont Rocket, etc, and also has an original piece of the Berlin Wall. The statue sits on private property and is privately owned, but people still dress it up for fun, or more recently paint it in Ukrainian colors, which everyone here applauds :-)
