I don't know much about cars...

... but I know when mine is making odd noises.

Was planning on driving back to Sarnia for the long weekend (and to start moving my gear back to the folks' place). As I was leaving my car was making thunking sounds. I had my colleague give a listen and was told that the drive axle is going.

I don't know what a Drive Axle is, but it sounds important.

Dropped the car off at the mechanic; they'll get a look at it on Monday. In the mean time I guess I'll just hang out with this American Robin.
