It's not a very interesting photo but there is a story behind it.
I live around 6km from the city, but usually train/tram in. I was on my way home and had decided to catch a tram from close to where I worked to an interchange, and then change trams to home from there. While I was on the tram I got a notice to say I had a system update on my phone and to restart.
My Myki (transport pass) is done through Google Wallet, which is great. Until your phone is turned off because it's restarting and, well, doesn't turn on again...
I waited and waited and waited and it just sat on the Google logo screen. So I decided to walk home, via St Kilda (maybe about a 5km walk).
I got to St Kilda and finally decided to try force restarting the phone as surely it couldn't be taking an hour to do the software install.
Finally got my phone back up, took this photo of the bridge, and jumped on the next tram to take me home.
