Today, I finally went cycling. It was tough riding, but in Jaćmierz, things got even more interesting. Most likely, the rear derailleur cable snapped. For the rest of the journey, about 30 or 40 km, I had to pedal in a pretty tough gear. It wasn’t easy. After 6:00 PM, I got home, took a quick shower, and headed straight to a Happysad concert. I was going that way anyway because I wanted to do some shopping. I also planned to meet a friend from technical school. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out because she was right by the stage. No big deal, though, since we’re planning to meet up with a few people for beers soon anyway. I did run into Paweł and his family there, so everything was fine.
At the end, there was a fireworks display, which I’m not a huge fan of, but I must admit, if it weren’t for the noise, I might have actually enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the noise was there, which isn’t great for animals or sensitive people. On an interesting note, I also learned (I had forgotten about it myself) that a concert by Tomek Makowiecki and the band Myslovitz, with Artur Rojek, which I attended many years ago, took place in Hoczew. That’s valuable information.
I did my shopping, and now I’m lying down, about to go to sleep. Tomorrow’s supposed to be rainy all day, so we’ll see how it goes. I have some errands to run, and I probably won’t go cycling because pedaling is really tough. I’m thinking hard about a few things, but I’m not sure what to do yet. We’ll see, or maybe not.
