Much better

We had sun, we had rain, and we're back to blue skies again. I'll never get to grips with English weather.

I once remember an American friend remark upon his astonishment and amusement at seeing an English weather report show little symbols depicting sun, clouds, and rain at the same time. I remember thinking that was nothing special, there are probably also symbols depicting, sun, clouds, rain, hail and snow at the same time.

But today, for however brief, it cheered up a bit, even enough to sit in the garden.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.
