Boat in Friesland

We are in the Dutch province Friesland this weekend. It's a province with water everywhere; a boat will take you faster to your location than a car. This image, from an unknown person, was taken from a bridge. The watersport season is just starting up, so I guess this guy picked up his boat to bring to his house.
