I recorded part of the voiceover for my short film this morning. I used probably one of the cheapest condensor microphone there is. But I was able to improve my voice a lot in Adobe Audition.
Still few lines left to record. And more than a few shots to film. I need at least one more week.

Lol I surprised about condensor microphone nowadays using USB to connect! You can use light stand for microphone stand?
They use USB because they you can buy microphones that have digital interface built in. It's great for people that just need one microphone, so they don't have to buy expensive audio interfaces.
I thought I must need Microphone->Head-amp->AD Converter->USB . It is integrated in one Microphone unit! I realized I'm so old... Thank you Tomasz!
USB microphones became popular quite recently and they're mainly used among podcasters and lectors. In recording studios the main solution is still a microphone, preamp and audio interface :)
