Grace There has been a lot of flooding today too, lucky we live on a hill! Still a few aftershocks going on but hopefully no more big ones :)
tigg I am so pleased to see your post, and hear you are safe. I follow a lot of NZ people on the other site I belong to, but as I think I've said to you before you are the only NZ one here on tookapic. I think you are in Wellington? It's going to take them ages to clear the landslides off the east coast. We have farming friends in Murchison and they lost power for a long time - tricky when you have a large herd of dairy cows needing to be milked.
