moonrise

A composite of moonrise.. I took a long exposure of the landscape while the moon was behind the cloud, then 16 of the moon once it came out from behind the cloud with settings 1/100seconds f/8 ISO 500. Blended in photoshop using the lighten mode. ( I cheated slightly because it was getting cold and spaced the moon frames apart a bit more than they originally were because we didn't want to stay outside anymore! but next time I plan to stay there for real.. I hadn't planned to shoot the moonrise but the evening had an unexpectedly clear sky.)
