Making Pralines

The night before Christmas. Stayed over at Åsas's Parents house. Here's Bengt, her father making his own chocolate pralines. It's a pretty complicated process, lot's of heating and cooling at exact temperatures involved. They were very, very tasty.

Definitely more of a snapshot than a well composed photo. Lots of color-clutter and mixed light sources, so I had to go black and white – a bit of a shame since you don't see the color of the chocolate.
