Stuffed Champignons

They look like doughnuts, don't You think? After work we met with my friend Kalor (You might know him from my early photos since he's the yo-yo guy - tookapic.com/photos/83345) to talk about Christmas and eat some food. We had a pack of champignon mushrooms in the fridge and they were waiting during whole Christmas to be eaten, so we stuffed them (well, I did that :P) with an exotic cheese spreads, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried (that last part was Kalors work). They came out really delicious! It's always good for me to practice when my girlfriend is absent, so I can prepare better meals when my time to cook comes. Also I've never been much into cooking, so every time something good comes out from my cooking it's hygge - enjoying that little moment.
