Kazzi Nice! I'd use a polarising filter to kill those reflections and ND filter to make a longer exposition. Looking from Your exif, with that much closed aperture and that high ISO You wanted to have a whole landscape sharp and the water movement frozen. Am I right?

vera Yes! I didn't take my tripod and tried to make long exposure leaning on the barrier of the bridge. But it was not successful :-( ! So I opted for sharpness ... unfortunately it is not absolutely top... And I don't knwo if the 25mm is adapted for this kind of landscape? Though I like the composition of the pic ;-)

Kazzi 25mm (50mm equiv.) is a standard focal lenght, so we can agree it's suitable for every type of photography. Maybe it's not a perfect field of view for landscapes, but I also like that composition :)
Next time try to lower the ISO and don't go with apertures over 11-16, because on our 16mpix micro four thirds sensors there is a monster lowering overall sharpness and it's name is DIFFRACTION... :( take a look at those charts: with f/8 whole image should be much sharper, and it'd require ISO 200 lenstip.com/401.4-Lens_review-...

vera Oh you're great Kazziz! Thank you for your advices and the link! I did'nt even realized that my iso was so high... You're right! I already found that the quality of the image is less good with a high iso ...

Kazzi make a test of using f/8 and f/22 for the same shot - You can do it with a tripod. You'll see that the second one will be less sharp.

Maybe the high iso was the problem with long exposures?

vera Yes... that's what I think now ! ;-P

Satoshi T I agree! If there is a subject in a long distance, it will be sharper to not increase the aperture value too much. Thanks @Kazzi ! :D

Kazzi Kazzi support and gear-geek, always ready to help :)

vera Thanks!
