Bruchetta

Morning was tough, so later during the day we entertained ourselves with:

Dough made from fresh yeast, fine flour, pure water, a bit of vegetable oil and some sugar and salt. That was baked in the stone oven with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Next it was topped with tomatoes marinated in garlic and extra virgin olive oil with rocket, Grana Padano D.O.P..

Before I remembered to slow down and enjoy the moment more, there was only one slice left ...
