Flexibility

Caught yesterday but uploaded today (16th) so my first day delay in 365 project.

That's our cat exploring surroundings. White freckles on his back is snow :).

When I looked at how his agility shows up in all of his moves I remebered this story about flexibility:

Last summer my teenage nieces visited us. They had spent whole day on trampoline, and after hours of this exercise they complaimed a bit about their backs. Later in the afternoon during supper I asked one:

• "How is your back?" She flexed a bit on chair, her face was uncertain. After a short pause she said
• "Wait a sec I need to do a fridge and check"

I felt really old... I definitely do not need to do such exercises to feel if I am in pain ;)
