Today I got much older. My first pic is EKG of my patient. Female, age 88, was at our rehabilitation department since Christmas due to immobilization after femur fracture. Tommorow should be her last day at the hospital - she was fully recovered, walking through the hall with no pain or walking impairment. Today, she got worse, first we thought it was pneumonia, first EKG showed only LBBB, but second, wider one revealed hidden myocardial infarction of front heart wall. She was transported asap to the cardiology department for further diagnosis. Tommorow I will know, whats her status.
