Comforting

Seems I've missed the lesson of photography with "don't shoot against the sun" subject. That seagull on the left annoys me, but the whole image will make me feel better when looking back at it. It's one of those I'd love to have printed... or made into canvas ;)

We kinda missed the opportunity, since on our first day with really good weather we got out of home long time after noon and went only for a long walk on the Keflavik cliffs, but... I don't know if I really feel bad about it. It was a good day, in the middle of weekly vacation there is always a need for a day to rest. And Keflavik pier is really beautiful, with that fresh snow it looked like someone covered it with sugar powder. In the evening we went for some Northern Lights hunting, but since it failed, we grabbed a beer in tookapic.com/photos/122631 :)
