Mercy Brown

Did You hear about secret bars, secret locals? Mercy Brown is one of those, hidden behind "Smakołyki" restaurant's cloakroom... and they serve wonderful coctails, drinks from other space. It feels like entering a local from 30's, with jazz, burlesque and wonderfully dressed staff that looks like just went off stage. And one thing, that made me love that place - waitresses are constantly filling up glasses with fresh, cold water, which is essential while drinking alcohol. It should be mandatory in every drinking local, in every gastronomic local - free water, available constantly, free of charge. We should have it written in the constitution.
