Blue hour

I could not decide if I should upload B&W or colour version. Finally, I decided to share the colour version to make the blue hour clear in my photo; the b&w version has different mood and key points. The 16:9 format with the horizon in the middle of the frame is not so OK acc. to the basic composition rules but it makes the water and ice structures quite dominant while still reatining the dramatic sky above.
