What a day, what a night! Another good day, when everything fits into the right place and time flows faster. I've had a good day at work, we had a great frutti di mare pizza with my manager... and at seven p.m. my friend Gaba picked me up from the store and we went for the first Sofar Sounds concert in our lives (and Sofar Kraków 2nd birthday).
Never heard of Sofar Sounds? Google (or YouTube) it, since it's a community standing behind secret-gig concerts, where You can get absolutely free - but You first have to apply for a ticket and... keep your fingers crossed, since for every place there is, at last 5 people who want to attend! Also, place where the event will take place is revealed on event's day morning, and You get to know the artists (in most cases - three bands) when You arrive, so... it's nothing like going to a normal concert, but gives opportunity to truly focus on music. The atmosphere was wonderful, all three concerts were great - but Erith, the first vocalist/solo artist, took my whole heart! Painted on the face and forearms ("like a modern Pocahontas", as Gaba commented later), fragile, so authentic... and her electronic music, way she behaves on stage and that voice - everything worked perfectly together. On the last track, almost at the end, all of the lights went down - except heavy violet spotlight, and that's when I shot this photo. And I know it's far from being perfect, but I love it most from all of that day's photos.
